
Erin Youngs
Head Pastor
Pastor Erin has been the Lead Pastor at Journey Church since its inception 10 years ago. Erin received a bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Wyoming and a Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Sioux Falls Seminary. He also received additional coursework through The Wesleyan Department of Education. He was licensed as a pastor in 1999 and ordained in 2003 with The Wesleyan Church.
Erin has been married to his wife, Jennifer, since January 1991 and they have 6 children, Alyssa, Andrew, Abigail, Angela, Austin, & Alec, 1 son-in-law, Chase, 1 daughter-in-law, Haley, and three grandchildren, Luke, Simeon, and Acacia.
Away from the church Erin is a pilot and enjoys flying anytime he possibly can. He also enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and camping in the summer.

Grant Clark
Associate Pastor
Grant has been married to his wife, Terri Lynn, since 1988. They have five children, all boys,
ranging in age from 35 to 10 years old. They are happy to be back in Gillette after having left in 2007 to help plant churches in Cheyenne, WY and in the Salt Lake City, UT area.
Grant feels incredibly blessed to be able to serve and lead at Journey Church. He loves to
connect with people and to help them connect with others. He loves to do real life with real
people.
He would love to help you get connected and plugged in at Journey Church, or another
church in the area. He loves to say that he is here for The Church not just a church.

Justin Feddersen
Youth Pastor
Justin is a Gillette native and graduated from Campbell County High School in 2007. In September 2007, he began his career in law enforcement that has led him through several avenues in the field. Justin is currently a DARE officer, and he enjoys the opportunity to interact and build a positive relationship with area students.
In 2011, Justin married his beautiful wife Meaghan. God blessed their marriage with two sons, Ian and Reid, and they enjoy doing many things together as a family such as traveling, soccer, and anything related to the outdoors.
After being a youth leader for several years at Journey Church, God called Justin to step into the role of Youth Pastor in the summer of 2024. He is excited to continue to grow his relationship with area students and help the youth in our community dive deeper in their faith and personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Joshua Abernathy
Worship Director
Joshua, Emily, and their son Nehemiah Abernathy made Journey Church their home in August 2024. Originally from the Deep South, they moved to Gillette, Wyoming in pursuit of the American dream and a better life for their family.
A classically trained musician, Joshua has spent much of his life leading choirs, worship ministries, and marching bands. After visiting Journey for the first time, he joined the worship team as a pianist and later stepped into the role of Worship Director when the opportunity arose.
In addition to his ministry work, Joshua serves as a firefighter with the Campbell County Fire Department. He also enjoys reading early Church history and studying theology in his spare time.
The Abernathy family is thankful to call both Journey Church and the Gillette community their home.

Chance Nice
Tech Director
Chance Nice has spent most of his life in Gillette Wyoming, with a few cross country moves here and there. He graduated from High School in 2020, and started pursuing a job in the technology field. When Journey Church reached out to him to become the Tech Director he was thrilled. Chance couldn’t ask for a more fulfilling role to play in the church.
Chance was married to his lovely wife Meghan in September 2024. They enjoy traveling the world together, but when they are home you’ll most likely find them drinking a cup of coffee and playing with their dog, Hercules.
"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law." Galatians 5:22-23

Jayme Crabtree
Bookkeeper
The Lord brought Jayme, her husband Mike, and their three youngest children to Gillette in July 2021. Their two older children and grandchildren live in Oklahoma. They have been faithfully attending and serving at Journey Church since August 2021.
Jayme Started as the bookkeeper for Journey in November 2023. She has nearly 20 years experience having started and selling two specialty construction companies with her husband. She continues to provide her services for the second company as well.
In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering in multiple areas, attending bible studies, cheering on her kids at school and sporting events, hiking, hunting, camping...just about anything outdoors.

Jesse Buckendahl
Maintenance Director
Jesse became a Christ-follower in 2017. He has served as the Maintenance Director of Journey Church since January 2022. Jesse graduated in the Spring of 2024, with a certificate in Addiction Counseling, from Northern Wyoming Community College. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his golden retriever, Harper.

Samantha Rogers
Office Administrator
Samantha has been attending Journey Church since April 2023. She became the office administrator in December 2023. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the church, providing administrative support to the pastors and staff, answering questions from members, and managing other various tasks to keep the church running smoothly.
Samantha and her husband Daniel have been married since July 2012. They have two daughters; Jaina and McKenna. In her spare time, she enjoys quilting, bowhunting, camping in the Big Horns, and spending time with her family.
She believes God has led her to Journey Church, and to this position because she has a heart for serving and helping others. This was an opportunity to not only serve the different ministries within the church, but also the people from within the church and throughout the community as well.
